hit Australian shores in 1990, developed and designed with
a background in manufacturing sailing gloves that could
withstand the elements.
With that knowledge
Tuff was the first cycling glove brand to introduce Kevlar™
stitching to standard cycling gloves for everlasting durability.
The single
model in fluro yellow went bananas around our shores in
bicycle retailers and larger sporting chains.
Since then
our range has expanded to include more gloves
and cycling socks, and we have continued to innovate in
both style and technical materials.
Tuff is Australian
designed, then tested and tested again
by experienced craftsmen in our ISO approved factories.
We knit every
pair of socks right here in Australia and Mum
can’t keep up any more, so we use the latest knitting
machines from Italy, giving us the European foot feel.
We combine 20th
century values and 21st technology to create performance sports
